BiH Council of Ministries liberated the payment of import duties and other indirect taxes for the shipment of international aid to BiH, due to the floods which occurred in Bosnia in May of 2014., in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of the Annex of the Law on Customs Policy of BiH. Inspection bodies are responsible to expedite procedures and resolve at first place the inspection of these goods.

Indirect Taxation Authority and the competent inspection authorities will also submit to the Council of Ministers feedback on receipt of these goods.
