Employees of Rakić Advisory Ltd attended to a seminar „Transfer pricing – practical approach“, organized by the Tax Administration of the FB&H and KPMG Tax & Advisory B-H Ltd, 4th March, 2015 in the amphitheater UNITIC in Sarajevo, on which lecturers were director of the company KPMG in B&H, guests from Croatia and Poland, and also director and other representatives of the TA FB&H.

It was presented new law and practical solutions and models for determination of transfer pricing, as well as experiences on this complex issue from other countries. Beside that, it has been given advices to the taxpayers about how to comply with the law and other regulations on this issue, and also it was described a procedure of making and obtaining documentation from which can be determined transactions with transfer pricing.
