- Electronic communication with TA RS

Tax Administration in RS called on the taxpayers - legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals to apply for the issuance of electronic certificates, and thus take advantage of benefits of electronic communication with the tax administration.

The statement recalled that, as one of the pillars of electronic certification in RS, in accordance with the Law on Electronic Signature and safety standards, issued free digital certificates to its taxpayers.

The electronic certificate is necessary to taxpayers to use electronic services provided by the Tax Administration.

Thus, for example, in the case of signing the tax return - Form 1002, electronic signature, taxpayers are no longer obliged to the Tax Administration carry out the verification of the basic list of the said form.

Signing service certification, and receiving and processing requests for issuing electronic certificates and supporting documents shall be carried out in all regional offices of the Tax Administration of the Republic.
