Rakić Advisory d.o.o. provides tax advisory and support to taxpayers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region, operating continuously since 2010 (in its current form since 2014). Dejan Rakić
Founder and Owner
Dejan Rakić is a lawyer with more than 20 years of continuous experience in the field of taxation, including over 15 years in private practice. After five years of working at the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, since 2010 he has been building his professional career through independent tax consulting. As the founder and owner of Rakić Advisory, he has shaped the firm’s working concept based on continuous learning and the accumulation of long-term professional experience. He is the author and co-author of professional papers in the field of taxation and a lecturer within professional bodies and associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ranko Bajičić
Director / Tax Advisor
Licensed tax advisor since 2018, certified accountant and court-appointed economic expert. He has more than 12 years of experience in tax advisory and working with companies across various industries.
At Rakić Advisory we work daily to provide our clients with accurate and practical answers to tax and financial questions. Our goal is to help avoid errors in VAT record-keeping, payroll and tax calculations, interpretation of legislation, and communication with tax authorities. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all advice—each company has its own specifics. Our approach is simple: understand what the client does, identify their issues, and help resolve them so they comply with the law and operate with greater confidence.

Suzana Arsenić
Senior Advisor / Accountant
Economist with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting for large companies. A licensed accountant who actively participates in continuous professional development. At Rakić Advisory she manages internal finance processes and prepares reports for clients. She is currently preparing for the tax advisor examination.

Associate
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics with prior experience in finance and accounting. She is currently responsible for coordinating internal activities and providing day-to-day support to clients by monitoring tax regulations and recent changes.
