Our employees have attended a seminar entitled "News, amendments and applications of the VAT law", which was organized by the Centre for enhancing corporate governance, in cooperation with ITA. The seminar was held on 29th September, 2020 at the University of Business Studies in Banja Luka.
The seminar focused on amendments to the Ordinance on the application of the Law on VAT, taxation of transactions with virtual currencies - bitcoin, VAT treatment of factoring services, recording of foreign and domestic advances in VAT returns, turnover of unfinished buildings, repairs and replacement of goods within the warranty period, giving "gratis goods", as well as the tax treatment of electronic services.
The lecturer was Mr. Anes Muslimović, who presented the current views and opinions of the ITA on the mentioned topics.
